Paulina Sandoval is the Co-Owner & Co-Founder of Assured Quality Systems (AQS), a firm she co-founded with Brittany Stovall which provides quality and technology solutions services to leading suppliers such as Toyota, GM, Adient, Lear Etc. AQS offers quality solutions, product staging, productivity management, and connected assets to manufacturing facilities across 18 states and Mexico.
Paulina’s entrepreneurial American dream began as a child when her family immigrated to the United States to ensure she could receive life-saving cardiac procedures and treatments. Throughout her life, Paulina has overcome trials and tribulations, including losing her sister Stephanie. Inspired by her barriers, Paulina has dedicated herself to give back to disadvantaged populations such as women who have experienced domestic violence, minorities, Veterans, individuals incarcerated, and LGBTQ communities.
Paulina serves as an active member of both Michigan and San Antonio Hispanic Chambers of Commerce. In 2018 her company was recognized as a High Impact Hispanic Business Enterprise. In 2017, both co-founders received recognition by Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council as Supplier of the Year in the Class 2 Division.
Paulina received her BA at the National Institute of Technology and attended Stanford’s Latino Entrepreneurship Educational Program. Also completing the Latina Leadership Institute program, Walker’s Legacy Program and the EY Magnify Mastermind program. Paulina Sandoval is part of the Steering Committee for The Latina Leadership Institute (LLI) as she hopes that her professional initiatives influence younger Latina generations and encourages underrepresented women to pursue their dreams just like she has.
